JUMP Start or “Jobs Unique to My Potential”, delivers basic skills needed to develop a career plan for success. Pre-placement training is provided in this program through a wide variety of skills which include self-assessment, research of jobs that fit the participant’s abilities, resume development, on-the-job training experiences in the community and at the center, specific job skill training, interview practice, and goal setting. Further development is available through our supported employment services that will help place you on a path to employment. JUMP Start meets every Monday and Wednesday from 9:00am – 1:00pm.
